A poem of mine, called, “Crossings,” was accepted by you some time ago. I have never heard whether it was published or not? Can you tell me what the status of the poem is? My name is Lara Gularte

I also had a poem “Hotel Room Interview” accepted for a 2010 issue by Devon Seale, CLR Editorial Team and I haven’t heard anything. My name is Laurie Blauner. laurieblauner@comcast.net
Lara and Laurie,
Everyone’s accepted work for that issue, mine included, is on hold as the issue is unfortunately still “in progress”. Hopefully you have heard directly from Ryan about this. I’m not sure what to make of it, myself.

I’ve read hundreds of literary reviews from all over the planet, and the stories and poems are mostly crap. The most notable features they contain are the splashy resumes of accepted authors.
Recently while digging in a bin of literary trash I came accross a copy of the 2008 volume XII Clackamas Literary Review. Suprisingly, I paused and read a story by Carl Graham, “Something Slipped”. It was the best thing I’ve read in years, and he was listed as a custodian at Clackamas Community College. Good for you, and please pass on my praise to him.
I’m glad you’re back.
